Oct. 11 (Bloomberg) –- Richard Carmona, a Democrat, talks with Bloomberg’s Amanda J. Crawford about his U.S. Senate race against six-term Republican U.S. Representative Jeff Flake. Carmona, a former U.S. Surgeon General under President George W. Bush, has parlayed his bi-partisan background into a competitive run for the seat in Arizona being vacated by retiring Republican Jon Kyl.
