Chicago Teacher on Mayor Emanuel Contract Proposal

Sept. 11 (Bloomberg) -- Suzanne Kosek, a fourth-grade teacher at Sandoval Elementary School on Chicago's southwest side, talks about Mayor Rahm Emanuel's contract proposal to Chicago teachers and their decision to strike.
