April 10 (Bloomberg) -- John Donahoe, chief executive officer of EBay Inc., talks about the company's agreement with activist investor Carl Icahn to end his proxy fight by adding another independent director to the board. EBay agreed to appoint David Dorman, chairman of CVS Caremark Corp., as an independent director, bringing the number of independent members to 10 on the 12-person board.
