April 30 (Bloomberg) -- Nicholas Smith, a Japan strategist at CLSA Asia-Pacific Markets Ltd. in Tokyo, talks about the nation's economy, central bank monetary policy and market outlook. Japan's industrial output was less than analysts forecast in March as weakness in global demand limited recoveries in Asian markets.
