Feb. 21 (Bloomberg) -- Bloomberg's Alix Steel reports that Wal-Mart topped fourth-quarter earnings expectations and Abby Joseph Cohen, senior investment strategist at Goldman Sachs discusses the announcement of an 18 percent dividend boost for shareholders.
