Dec. 19 (Bloomberg) –- Bloomberg’s Phil Mattingly reports on InterDigital losing its patent-infringement case with the U.S. International Trade Commission finding Nokia, Huawei Technologies and ZTE Corp. didn’t violate InterDigital’s patent rights.
