Feb. 19 (Bloomberg) -- James Cox, a law professor at Duke University, talks about David Einhorn's lawsuit against Apple Inc. The Greenlight Capital Inc. founder, who has been urging Apple to share cash with investors by issuing high-yielding preferred shares, alleges Apple unfairly lumped a stock restriction with two other corporate governance matters.
