July 27 (Bloomberg) -- Nariman Behravesh, chief economist at IHS Global Insight, talks about today's Commerce Department report on U.S. gross domestic product in the second quarter. GDP, the value of all goods and services produced, rose at a 1.5 percent annual rate after a revised 2 percent gain in the prior quarter.
