April 5 (Bloomberg) -- Lucye Millerand, president of the Union of Rutgers Administrators-American Federation of Teachers, talks with Bloomberg's Elise Young about the union's position that the administration has a bias toward the school's basketball program. Rutgers fired head basketball coach Mike Rice Wednesday after a video surfaced of him physically and verbally lashing out at players. Athletic Director Tim Pernetti resigned today.
