May 6 (Bloomberg) -- Susan Church, the attorney for Robel Phillipos, who's accused of lying to federal investigators probing the role of his college friend Dzhokhar Tsarnaev in the Boston Marathon bombing, talks about the agreement that allowed Phillipos to be released on bail to the custody of his mother.
