March 11 (Bloomberg) –- When General Motors overhauled the Corvette the automaker paid special attention to one feature: the seats. For decades the interior of the iconic sports car had a less than stellar reputation. A team including an engineer fresh out of grad school helped to change that perception by paying special attention to a driver's behind.
