Dell Special Committee Finds Icahn Bid Falls Short

June 24 (Bloomberg) -- Bloomberg's Cristina Alesci reports that Dell Inc. said they have found a $2.9 billion shortfall in the tender offer proposed by billionaire investor Carl Icahn, making it less valuable than a proposed buyout by Chief Executive Officer Michael Dell.
