Osborne Says U.K. Spending Cuts Needed

Jan. 6 (Bloomberg) -- Chancellor of the Exchequer George Osborne will today set out his plan to ease the burden on families while reiterating his goal to shrink the deficit as he says tax cuts will have to be funded by spending reductions.
