Bank of Tokyo's Rupkey on Fed Fiscal Policy

May 1 (Bloomberg) -- Chris Rupkey, chief financial economist at Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, discusses today’s statement by the Federal Open Market Committee on its fiscal policy and the outlook for the U.S. economy.
