Kleinhenz on Holiday Consumer Trends, Fiscal Cliff

Dec. 13 (Bloomberg) -- Jack Kleinhenz, chief economist at the National Retail Federation, discusses holiday retail trends. Retail sales rebounded in November with purchases climbing 0.3 percent following an October decrease of 0.3 percent according to Commerce Department figures reported today in Washington. Kleinhenz, speaking to Mark Crumpton on Bloomberg Television's "Bottom Line," also talks about the impact of U.S. congressional budget and debt negotiations on consumer spending. (Source: Bloomberg)
