Jan. 30 (Bloomberg) -- Gene Munster, an analyst at Piper Jaffray Cos., and Michael Scissons, founder and chief executive officer of Syncapse Corp., talk about Facebook Inc.'s fourth-quarter profit and outlook. The operator of the world's biggest social network said net income plunged after spending on new mobile and advertising features led to a surge in costs.
