Iceland Crisis Party Returns After 2009 Ouster

April 29 (Bloomberg) -- Bloomberg's Ryan Chilcote reports that the party that presided over Iceland's financial meltdown was the biggest winner in this weekend's parliamentary elections after being ousted from government in 2009. He speaks on Bloomberg Television's "Countdown."
