May 20 (Bloomberg) -- Bloomberg's Sara Eisen reports that traffic conditions in Connecticut are feared to be in gridlock conditions following last week's commuter train accident left 2000 feet of track in need of repair before service can continue, forcing commuters onto the roadways.
