J.C. Penney Sales Decline Slows in September

Oct. 8 (Bloomberg) -- Bloomberg’s “Money Moves” anchor Deirdre Bolton reports that J.C. Penney surprised investors with news that sales declined four percent in September, slowing declines that reached 11.9 percent the previous month. She speaks on Bloomberg Television’s “In The Loop.”
