Takeda Seeks `Strategic Acquisitions': COO Weber

July 2 (Bloomberg) -- Christophe Weber, chief operating officer of Takeda Pharmaceutical Co., Japan's largest drugmaker, talks about the company's business strategy. Takeda hired Weber, a former GlaxoSmithKline Plc executive, in April, and plans to have him succeed Chief Executive Officer Yasuchika Hasegawa next year.
