Cruz Ends Senate Speech on Defunding Obamacare

Sept. 25 (Bloomberg) -- U.S. Senator Ted Cruz, a Republican from Texas, concludes his remarks calling for defunding of the Affordable Care Act as part of a stopgap spending measure to keep the federal government operating past Sept. 30.
