SAC Probe Impeded by E-Mail Issue, Berenzweig Says
Feb. 13 (Bloomberg) -- Seth Berenzweig, managing partner at Berenzweig Leonard, talks about the outlook for the U.S. investigation of insider trading by SAC Capital Advisors LP.
The federal probe of the hedge fund and its founder Steven A. Cohen has been hampered by a lack of extensive e-mail evidence because, during the period of time at the heart of the probe in July 2008, SAC automatically deleted its e-mails.
