Aug. 7 (Bloomberg) -- IN today's "Market Maker," Bloomberg's Erik Schatzker reports that Stiffel Financial Corp. president and CEO Ron Kruszweski wants the SEC to insure market stability versus speed in electronic trading to support investor confidence.
