Lynch, Orson on Harrisburg, Central Falls Finances

Nov. 7 (Bloomberg) -- William B. Lynch, the receiver for Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, William M. Dolan, a partner at Brown Rudnick LLP, and Theodore Orson, co-founder of Orson and Brusini Ltd. and lead counsel to the receiver of Central Falls, Rhode Island, participate in a panel discussion about the financial situations in Harrisburg and Central Falls. Harrisburg has been under receivership since 2011. Central Falls, the first city in Rhode Island to enter bankruptcy, exited court protection after 13 months.
