April 25 (Bloomberg) -- Elon Musk, founder and chief executive officer of Space Exploration Technologies Corp., speaks about the successful soft landing of a SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket's first stage in the ocean. Musk speaking at a news conference at the National Press Club in Washington, also discusses SpaceX's plan to file a lawsuit in the U.S. Court of Federal Claims to protest a military rocket-launch monopoly held by a joint venture of Lockheed Martin Corp. and Boeing Co.
