U.N. Reports World in Carbon Dioxide 'Danger Zone'

May 14 (Bloomberg) -- Bloomberg's Alex Morales reports that the U.N. has stated the world has entered a new danger zone on carbon dioxide as global concentration passes 400 ppm. He speaks on Bloomberg Television's "The Pulse."
