U.S. Jobless Claims Fell; Productivity Rose

Sept. 5 (Bloomberg) -- U.S. initial jobless claims declined by 9,000 to 323,000, fewer than forecast, in the week ended Aug. 31, according to Labor Department data issued today in Washington.
