May 28 (Bloomberg) -- Robert Elkins, a resident of Washington State, talks about the degraded condition of the Meridian Street bridge in Puyallup. The vintage-1925 bridge is one of the 134 owned by Washington that the state classifies as "structurally deficient," though transportation officials say there's no imminent risk.
