Chairman Sheila Bair, former Securities and Exchange Commission Chairman Arthur Levitt and Bloomberg View columnist William Cohan speak about Vikram Pandit's departure as Citigroup Inc.'s chief executive officer. Pandit will be replaced by Michael Corbat.
