Hurricane Isaac Whips Baton Rouge With Wind, Rain

Aug. 29 (Bloomberg) -- Hurricane Isaac brought strong winds and rain to Baton Rouge, Louisiana, as the storm pounded the Gulf Coast. Isaac made landfall yesterday, evoking memories of the more powerful Hurricane Katrina, which struck seven years ago, flooding New Orleans after its levees failed and killing 1,800 people.
