Microsoft Makes Minority-Owned Firm Premier Counsel

June 25 (Bloomberg) -- Emery Harlan, chairman of Gonzalez Saggio & Harlan LLP, talks with Bloomberg Law's Spencer Mazyck about his firm being named a Premier Provider for Legal and Corporate Affairs by Microsoft Corp.
