Yahoo Ends Loeb Proxy Fight in $1.16B Share Buyback

July 22 (Bloomberg) -- Bloomberg's Jonathan Erlichman reports that Yahoo! Inc. has agreed to buy back $1.16 billion of shares held by Third Point LLC as activist Daniel Loeb leaves Yahoo's board as a solution to a proxy fight that began last year. He speaks on Bloomberg Television's "In The Loop."
