Dec. 6 (Bloomberg) -- Bloomberg's Megan Hughes reports that a bi-partisan letter on a compromise of raising tax-rates has drawn support from nearly 40 GOP members of the House and Senate as taxes remain the focal point of fiscal cliff negotiations.
