Jan. 30 (Bloomberg) -- Philippine Finance Secretary Cesar Purisima talks about the outlook for the country's economy, currency and budget. The Philippine economy grew at the slowest pace in six quarters after Super Typhoon Haiyan, adding pressure on policy makers to accelerate rebuilding and hold interest rates.
