Aug. 5 (Bloomberg) -- Michael Phelps, the most decorated Olympian in history with 22 medals, talks with Bloomberg Television's Louise Beale about his swimming achievements, the importance of sponsorships and not winning the 200-meter butterfly at this year's Olympics.
