Dec. 4 (Bloomberg) -- Joshua Shapiro, chief U.S. economist at Maria Fiorini Ramirez Inc., talks about the outlook for the U.S. economy and so-called fiscal cliff. Shapiro is the top U.S. economic forecaster for the two-year period ended on Sept. 30, according to data compiled for the annual Bloomberg Markets magazine's ranking of global forecasters.
