April 25 (Bloomberg) -- Fred Hochberg, chairman of the U.S. Export-Import Bank, talks about the bank's future, loans to finance satellite launches by Elon Musk's Space Exploration Technologies Corp., and support for the bank in Congress. Hochberg, speaking with Peter Cook on Bloomberg Television's "Bottom Line," also discusses the outlook for the proposed Trans-Pacific Partnership, a 12-nation Pacific trade accord.
