Welch: Republican Plan to End Health Law `Dead End'

Sept. 20 (Bloomberg) -- U.S. Representative Peter Welch, a Vermont Democrat, talks about the outlook for negotiations over raising the debt ceiling and the Obama administration's health-care overhaul. Welch spoke this morning before the House passed, 230-189, a stopgap measure to finance the federal government through mid-December and choke off funding for Obama's health law.
