July 4 (Bloomberg) -- Jay-Z's album Magna Carta becomes available to one million Samsung users for free today, ahead of the official release. Samsung reportedly paid $5 per download (earning Jay-Z $5 million), and it comes the day after Apple announced a content deal with Time Warner for its Apple TV.
