BOJ Price Target `Extremely Challenging': Devalier

Feb. 28 (Bloomberg) -- Izumi Devalier, a Japan economist at HSBC Holdings Plc in Hong Kong, talks about the outlook for Japan's economy, government and central bank policies. Japan's inflation in January matched the highest level since 2008 as the government tries to wipe out deflation and drive a sustained recovery in the world's third-biggest economy.
