Is Ackman Right? Following the Herbalife Claims

July 7 (Bloomberg) –- We've heard time and time again claims from Bill Ackman that Herbalife is a pyramid scheme, while the company and Carl Ichan say those claims are without merit. In March, the FTC opened an investigation and the Illinois Attorney General has been looking into complaints filed by a group of 13 Latinos who claim they were duped out of their life's savings and Herbalife is to blame. Abengoa's Bondholders Jumping Ship
44:35 - Creditors of the troubled Spanish renewable energy company, Abengoa, are facing tough choices this morning. They're being told to dump their holdings in the firm or take their chances in an eventual settlement. Abengoa has been teetering on the edge of becoming Spain's biggest corporate bankruptcy.
