July 12 (Bloomberg) -- Today's "Market Maker" is Brazilian billionaire Eike Batista. Bloomberg's Scarlet Fu reports that Batista has lost $15 billion in the last three months, dropping him down to number 21 on the Bloomberg Billionaire's Index. She speaks on Bloomberg Television's "Market Makers."
