Bill Ford: CEO's Final Job Is a Smooth Transition

April 21 (Bloomberg) -- Ford Motor Co. Executive Chairman Bill Ford discussed succession planning and Chief Executive Officer Alan Mulally with Bloomberg's Matt Miller at the New York International Auto Show last week.
