Feb. 1 (Bloomberg) -- In today's "Single Best Chart," Bloomberg's Scarlet Fu displays a drawing from Andy Warhol showing the unemployment rate of 1984 and compares that to the level on unemployment during the financial crisis in 2009. She speaks on Bloomberg Television's "Bloomberg Surveillance."
