Barclays Chairman Agius Resigns After Libor Fine

Barclays Plc Chairman Marcus Agius resigned after the bank was fined a record 290 million pounds ($455 million) for trying to rig interest rates in a bid to head off pressure for Chief Executive Officer Robert Diamond to quit.
