GE Seen Reaching `Simple' Deal With Alstom

June 16 (Bloomberg) -- Christopher Dembik, an analyst at Saxo Bank A/S, discusses Siemens AG's possible bid for Alstom SA's energy unit that would leave it with the French company's gas turbines while allowing partners Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Ltd. and Hitachi Ltd. to expand their steam turbines and hydro businesses. Dembik, speaking from Paris with Anna Edwards on Bloomberg Television's "On the Move," also talks about General Electric Co.'s existing $17 billion offer for Alstom's energy assets.
