July 30 (Bloomberg) -- Mark Bertolini, chief executive officer of Aetna Inc., talks about the company's second-quarter earnings, the Affordable Care Act and the outlook for the health-care industry. The third-biggest U.S. health insurer said profit jumped 17 percent as it began to see a payoff from its acquisition of Coventry Health Care Inc.
