Dec. 17 (Bloomberg) -- European new-car sales rose a third consecutive month in November, the longest period of gains in four years, as demand for autos from Volkswagen AG and Renault SA contributed to signs that an industrywide decline is ending. London's Last Super-Basement
27:00 - The West London boroughs of Kensington and Chelsea have outlawed so called mega basements, banning the residential digs in some of the most expensive parts of the city. The controversial technique saw some property owners excavate three stories underground, adding millions to the value of their homes and driving some neighbours to protest.
