July 12 (Bloomberg) -- Brian Marshall, an analyst at ISI Group, talks about billionaire investor Carl Icahn’s latest buyout offer for Dell Inc. Icahn, who owns 8.7 percent of Dell, is adding a warrant to his $24.4 billion bid that shareholders could exchange for additional stock, he said in a letter today.
