March 27 (Bloomberg) -- Theo Spierings, chief executive officer of Fonterra Cooperative Group Ltd., the world’s largest dairy exporter, talks about the company's financial performance and the price of milk. Fonterra raised its forecast payout, boosting farm incomes and cushioning the economic cost from New Zealand’s worst drought in at least 30 years.
